**Role description**

As a Customer Care Pharmacy Assistant, you will be working in a desk-based environment with state of the art tools to deliver personal pharmacy experience. If your passion is taking care of patients and you have great problem-solving skills you will find this position very rewarding
- Extensive communication with patients, Healthcare professionals and Care teams to enable complete and integrated care.
- Accountable for accurate reflection of all information across different functions.
- Carry out tasks that ensure prescriptions are received, synchronised and processed in timely manner to ensure they receive complete packs.
- Provide professional and caring communication via non face-to-face modes of communication.
- Ability to build trust, convey PillSorted values and sign-up new patients.

**Requirements**:

- UK Dispensing qualification (NVQ Level 2 dispensary assistant qualification)
- Clear DBS
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Experience of working in a pharmacy or other healthcare environment
- Tech savvy and comfortable with fast-paced learning environment and constant change
- Proactive in identifying rooms for improvement and contribute ideas
- Perform task on time and accurate
- A can-do attitude, being prepared to get things done within the team
- An appreciation for the importance of respect and confidentiality of patients
