To provide a full and comprehensive administrative support role, to manage and co-ordinate the administrative and ancillary support function in the Living Well Teams, ensuring the most efficient and effective use of resources.

The post holder will have line management and supervisory responsibility for the administration team, and will be responsible for the coordination of the validation of all reports coming into the service in regards to data quality and data completeness. The post holder will be responsible for the assurance of meeting all local and national targets.

Managing Referral process

General support and administrative duties for the team

Line Management responsibilities including but not exhaustive supervision, absence management, appraisals, performance management of other administrative team members across multiple sites

Using initiative and suggesting new and mproved ways of working across the Team where appropriate

Ability to work independently without direct supervision
