**Day Care Assistants**

**Location**: Whetstone, London

**Salary**: From £13.15 per hour

Baxendale Care Home is a registered charity based in Whetstone N20. They are currently looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated people to join the team as Day Care Assistants.

**The Role**
- To provide care in accordance with best practice and legislative requirements, reflecting policies and procedures and agreed standards under the direction of the Team Leader.
- To support and enable residents to maintain skills and personal interests while delivering person-centred care unique to each individual.
- To maintain skills at a current level and undertake such training and development as required, from time-to-time, to maintain and progress knowledge.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Have experience of working in a care environment.
- Be passionate about working hard and achieving great results.
- Take pride in always maintaining high standards of care, health and safety.
- Be able to use own initiative.
- Be an effective time manager.
- Have great communication skills
