At Superior Healthcare, we are passionate about the progression and development of our teams, and due to the growth of our business, we currently have an exciting opportunity to join our Complex Care Team as a Senior Support Worker in South Kent.
**Job details**:
Working as a Senior Support Worker within the **Kent team (South Kent)**, you will provide a high standard of care and support to our clients with complex healthcare needs. Your main role will be to support in providing a high level of staffingcontingency for the wide range of clients across South Kent**.** You will ensure the clients receive person-centered care and you will support the clients to live a full and valued life. This will include personal care, moving and handling, medicationadministration, activity planning and accessing the wider community as well as general house maintenance and meal preparation. You will work a minimum of 35 hours each week, working 3 shifts on, 3 off with either the choice of day or night shifts.

**Requirements**:
- A minimum of 12 months experience in care with previous experience of supporting adults/children with complex care needs.
- You must hold a valid, clear UK driving license, with access to your own vehicle. You will receive mileage reimbursed after 20 miles’ round trip at 45p per mile.
- Both COVID-19 vaccinations.
- Possession of, or willing to work towards, a level 3 NVQ qualification or similar.
