**The Role**

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented cleaner to join our team. This role involves cleaning and maintaining our guest accommodations, as well as other areas across the distillery site (including offices, communal spaces, and visitor areas). We are hoping for this role to grow into a site management position over time.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Clean and prepare guest accommodations to a high standard, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and communal areas
- Change bedding and towels, restock toiletries, and report any maintenance issues
- Clean and maintain other distillery facilities (e.g., offices, reception, staff rooms)
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet turnaround times
- Work with management to develop long-term cleaning solutions and cost cutting activities.

**About You**
- Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or similar role preferred but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and high standards
- Trustworthy, punctual, and self-motivated
- Able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if required
- Physically capable of manual tasks
- A positive, can-do attitude and good communication skills
