**Role and Responsibilities**:
As a Ground Worker at Kenwards Construction, you will be responsible for a range of important tasks on construction sites. Your key responsibilities will include:
Carrying out various groundwork tasks such as excavation, drainage, concreting, and paving.

Working closely with the Groundworks Site Manager and the project team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Operating machinery and equipment safely and effectively.

Assisting in the implementation of health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment.

Contributing to maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the construction site.

Collaborating with other team members and trades to ensure smooth project execution.

Adhering to project schedules and working towards project goals.

**Requirements**:
To thrive in this role, you will need:
Some experience in groundwork within the construction industry.

Proficiency in various groundwork techniques, tools, and equipment.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.

An understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to construction sites.

The ability to work effectively within a team and follow instructions.

Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Any relevant certifications or training in groundwork will be advantageous.

- Flexitime
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
