Production Team Leader

Refresco, the world’s largest independent soft drinks manufacturer is seeking 4 Production Team Leaders for our Milton Keynes Site. You will play an important role in making sure some of the best-known drink’s brands in the UK are manufactured to the right quality and delivered on time to our many customers. **Production Team Leader**
**Base Salary - £36,278.42**
**Total Pay (on shift) - £39,035.58**
**Continental Shift - 4 on 4 off, 12 hours each day, 42 hours per week**
**Permanent**

As a Production Team Leader you will be part of a supportive team, working with colleagues who will help you settle in, find your way around, and show you the ropes.

Your main tasks and duties will be:

- To take reasonable care for the health and safety of themselves and anyone else who may be affected by their acts or omissions
- To co-operate with their employer or anyone else in the performance of their statutory duties
- No person shall intentionally or recklessly interfere with or misuse anything provided in the interests of health, safety, environment, hygiene or welfare
- To ensure all work is performed in an environmentally sound manner that helps reduce waste, energy usage, emissions etc., and meets with the Company’s sustainability commitments
- To immediately report any incident or hazard to their Manager to mitigate the risk and prevent recurrence

**For the role of Production Team Leader, we are looking for**:

- Experience within an FMCG environment working to set Standards
- An engaging and motivating leader who is a confident communicator, and that can work accurately under pressure
- Food Safety/HACCP Level 2, and GCSEs at C and above
