**JOB PURPOSE**
- To be the “ambassador” who conveys the Brand’s philosophy and values. As such, to be responsible to maximize the sales performance by fostering the relationship with the customers and developing their Brand loyalty, providing a unique experience in our store and guiding the client into our world.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- _Ensure the care and protection of the product according to company guidelines_
- _Day-to-day management of goods receipt and storage in line with company procedures and criteria, preparing products to be brought to the sales floor and in special areas while optimizing the timing efficiency_
- _Prepare shop-to-shop and returns transfers in compliance with company guidelines and timelines_
- _Prepare the flow of the damaged products, not sellable product (On Hold, Consignment...), products under repair_
- _Organizes the Packaging and Stationery physically and on the IT systems_
- _Organizes the Display objects system_
- _Participate in the the correct management of Uniforms flow_
- _Participate in the correct management of correct flow of Gifts flow_
- _Correct protection and packaging of the product both inside the store and for transfers, including E-Commerce shipments_
- _Ensure that the company guidelines are adopted in the event of theft, especially in terms of communication and documentation produced_
- _Support in the prompt investigation in the event of system negatives_
- _Manage the flow of the product and the related documentation, recording their movement in the IT system_
- _Participate in the organization and execution of the Physical and Cycle Inventories of the finished product and accessory locations (packaging / stationery and Engineering materials) respecting the company timing_
- _Support the management of the warehouse activities related to sales_
- _Ensure security and cleanliness of the warehouse_
- _Support the Stock Manager in optimizing and rationalizing _all available spaces (in collaboration with the Store Manager and the Store Operations Manager)_
- _Support Sales Associates in the sales process and collaborates with the Visual Merchandising team in case of need_
- _Maintain contacts and relationships with the providers used_
- _Keep updates and organizes the archive on a monthly basis_
- _Comply with KPIs updates, guidelines and company procedures from the relevant Store Operations Manager, from the Store Manager or from the Headquarters_

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**
- Experience in a similar role, preferably with luxury womens ready to wear experienc
- Problem solving, curiosity and interest in luxury/fashion.
- Being able to work in team as well as alone
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent spoken English expected. Other languages desirable
