**HR Administrator**
**Croydon | Full-time, Permanent | Hybrid Working | £25,000 - £28,000**
**Hybrid Working Offered - 3 days onsite and 2 remote.**
Reporting into the HR Manger, you will be joining an established, supportive and driven team to support them with all HR administration.
**Role Duties**:
- First point of call for all HR related queries from employees
- Support and guide supervisors with HR advice and guidance
- Maintain and update all HR databases including entering time sheets into the system.
- Monitor and update all annual leave records
- Ensure all employee data is in line with GDPR requirements
- Responsible for complete recruitment process including telephone interviewing and note taking
- Attend recruitment fairs when required
- Responsible for complete starters/leavers process including completing inductions for new starters
- Review and monitor all performance and absences including organising staff appraisals
- Assist HR Manager with ad hoc HR projects
- Organise company events throughout the year
- Ideally previous HR administration experience in a small to medium size organisation
- CIPD qualified level 3 advantageous but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy essential
- Team player mindset with good communication skills
- Excellent ability to use your own initiative.
