**Senior Support Worker**

A residential care home in Rhyl is looking for Senior Support Workers who are either looking to start their career within care or people who are experienced carers. What is important to them is that you are a caring, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual, who is interested in working in a growing and progressive organisation.

The Senior Support workers are the first port of call for their residents, whether they be helping with personal care, meals or simply spending time with them chatting about the day. They look to their carers to create an atmosphere which enables their residents to have fun and thoroughly enjoy living with them at Balmoral House whilst assisting them with their individual needs.

**Senior Support Worker’s Must Have’s**
- Caring nature
- Strong communication skills
- You must be flexible and be able to adapt to the needs of residents
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Live DBS will be an added disadvantage
- Able to start immediately
- NVQ / QCF L2 / L3 in health & social care would be an added advantage
- Experience of working with older people
