We are looking for an engaging, confident and motivated individual to delivery professional and courteous reception service to all visitors to the home.

**Job responsibilities**:

- Ensure that every visitor to the home has a consistently good experience; that he / she is greeted courteously and professionally and assisted fully in respect of their specific requirements.
- To provide administrative support to the Administrator and other home management staff as required.
- To support effective and confidential record keeping in the Home.
- To support the maintenance of a positive reputation for the Home in the local community

**To be considered for this role, you must have to following**:

- Strong communication skills
- Previous reception experience (essential)
- Proficient level of IT knowledge
- Attention to detail

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: £9.50 per hour
