Injection Moulding Setter

Labour Hire is looking for a INJECTION MOULDING SETTER for a well established company in COLWYN BAY

**About You**:

- Have machine and equipment maintenance experience
- Have a good understanding of a range of thermosetting plastics
- Be capable of condition setting from scratch, trouble-shooting moulding/process issues, and have experience of process optimisation (improving cycle times, reducing scrap, etc)
- Possess good tooling knowledge with the ability to liaise with tooling partners.
- PPE Provided
- Plastics processing technical quals advantageous
- Plastics processing experience essential.

**About the role**:

- Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
- Rate: £13.00 per hour
- Carrying out production changes, tool changes, troubleshooting and process optimisation. Ensuring that machines are operated to an acceptable standard and within the set target and cycle times.
- Ensuring that all work orders are met and the production plan is achieved, taking ownership and accountability for cycle efficiency, cycle time conformance, scrap targets, material usage, changeovers and downtime
- Using various techniques, support and drive through continuous improvements, delivering improvements in performance, and improved practices. Identifying, recommending, and implementing process changes to improve production output and quality.
