- We are currently looking to recruit a Quality Auditor to join our team in Kent.
- Your role will be to Your role will be to support the business's operational excellence through coaching and supporting our engineering function in technical aspects. Through on-site coaching, auditing, and workshops, you will support the development of the workforce to build a mentality of 'right first time'.

This role fits within Morrison Telecom Services SHEQ and will work collaboratively with the wider build teams.

Be responsible for the work performance on one of our client’s contracts. You will act as a point of contact for Operational Management for elements around specification and compliance.
- ** What competencies are we looking for?**
- Proven, demonstrable experience in a similar Auditor/Coaching role in Telecommunications, ideally the Openreach Physical Infrastructure Access (PIA Network).
- Working Knowledge of fixed infrastructure networks, including but not limited to Optical Networks / Fibre to the cabinet (FTTC) and Fibre to The Premises (FTTP).
- Act as a point of contact for technical queries around compliance and specification.
- Use critical data to implement initiatives to improve performance.

- Minimum of three years as a supervisor within the telecoms industry.
- NRSWA Street Works Supervisor Card.
