As a residential Senior Sales Negotiator you will be a point of contact for venfors and buyers completing their resdential sales transaction. You will be responsible for regular communication with clients, negotiating offers between the vendor and the buyer and delivering exceptional customer service both face to face and over the phone.

**Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer**
**you will**:

- Ensuring compliance by adhering to company standards and current legislation
- Securing maximum quality viewings, valuations/instructions, financial services appointments and leads
- Undertaking canvassing of local properties and accompanied viewings
- Coach the other negotiators in the office
- Work alongside the Sales Progressor & be responsible for the office in the Branch Managers absence
