**Douglas Miller Plumbing Services** are looking for an outgoing and enthuastic **Junior Administrator** to join our team and learn all areas of the business with the intention to progress within the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phones
- Support and assist with various administrative duties
- Assist in maintaining and organising company files and records
- Light manual duties assisting with stock and deliveries

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills with customers and work colleagues
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise work
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Experience not necessary but a qualification in Administration, IT or Business would be beneficial.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £15,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
