**Are you experienced in providing Complex Care to children and young people?**

If you are an experienced Healthcare Assistant looking to expand your skills and knowledge into complex clinical care or if you already have complex care experience, this could be the perfect job role for you

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistants who are passionate about their job, enjoy delivering one to one support and who can build positive relationships with our service users and their families.

**Meet our service user**

Our service user is a cheerful young girl in her teens, who lives with her loving family in Birmingham and requires support with her complex and clinical care needs throughout the day.

She loves the interaction with those around her, and enjoys exploring a variety of activities with the encouragement from her care team.

Your day will include providing care carrying out daily tasks such as washing, dressing, moving, and handling requirements, attending to her clinical care needs when required and assisting her to enjoy her hobbies and interests.

**Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.**

**Essential Experience Required**
- 3 months previous care experience
- Medication Administration
- Personal Care
- Moving and Handling

**Desirable Experience**
- Nebuliser Care
- Suctioning
- Oral and NPA
- Enteral Feeding

**Shifts Available**
- Full Time & Part time Days
- 2 - 4 Shifts Per Week
- 8am - 4:30pm

**Take a look at our rates**

Weekdays: £13.00 per hour
- £110.50 (Approx. per 8.5 hour shift)

Weeknights: £13.50 per hour
- £114.75 (Approx. per 8.5 hour shift)

Weekends: £14.00 per hour
- £119.00 (Approx. per 8.5 hour shift)

Bank Holidays: £15.00 per hour
- £127.50 (Approx. per 8.5 hour shift)
