**About the role.**

Expanding Horizons operates four supported living services across the Caerphilly area and you will be supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities and/or Mental ill health such as Personality Disorders, Schizophrenia and more.

You will be required to work as part of a team to ensure service users receive the best possible care with a focus on achieving personal outcomes.

You will ideally have experience working with Learning Disabilities and/or Mental ill health however all staff will be developed into this role

**Desirable Experiences**:

- Experience within a Supported Living setting.
- A strong work ethic with a passion for supporting vulnerable adults.
- A willingness to learn and develop in the role.
- Flexibility to support the service in a time of need.
- A QCF in Health and Social Care or other relevant qualifications.

**Job Types**: Zero hours contract, Part-time
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 5-40 per week

**Salary**: £10.50 per hour

**Experience**:

- Spinal Injury: 1 year (preferred)
- Support Worker: 1 year (preferred)

- Day shift (preferred)
- Night shift (preferred)
- Overnight shift (preferred)
