About The Role
Are you an accomplished Personal Assistant with experience in supporting a Hospital Director or Senior Management Team?
We have a terrific opportunity for a well versed administrator to join our team as the Personal Assistant to the Senior Management Team.
In this role, you will support the Senior Management Team by providing a comprehensive day to day administration support service. You will be the first point of contact for the Senior Management Team. Day to day duties will include but are not limited to, theorganisation of diaries, dealing with phone calls, dissemination of agendas, taking minutes, internal and external stakeholder management, annual leave management and the administration and management of payroll.
This role is a permanent, part time role (25 hours per week) and is paying up to £21,333 per annum.
In order to be successful in this role, you will be highly organised, agile and resilient. You will be a well versed administrator with previous experience in a similar setting (experience within healthcare will be advantageous). You will have the ability towork autonomously, be very personable, have excellent communication skills and be adept at using Microsoft Office and Excel.
