We are a rapidly expanding, profitable company that are growing significantly year on year.

We have an exciting new position within our eCommerce Division to provide support to the senior merchandiser within the three key areas of stock management, stock forecasting, reporting on stock consumption and forecasting.

Reporting to the Senior Merchandiser, the successful applicant will be expected to work closely with the eCommerce team to provide reports on stock consumption, support with forecasting, chase supplier orders and manage customer portals.

**Salary**
- Salary up to £28,000 per annum dependent upon experience
- 37.5 hour working week, Monday - Friday
- Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

**Working Hours**:
Monday - Thursday 08:30 - 17:00 - 45 minutes unpaid lunch

Friday 08:30 - 15:45 - 45 minutes unpaid lunch

**Key Responsibilities**
- Chasing supplier orders ensuring stock arrives by the due date.
- Maintaining the slow-moving stock list.
- Support with stock forecasting.
- Researching and analysing sales trends.
- Provide reports on stock consumption and forecasting.
- Compiling sales data to feed the forecasted stock levels by Customer.
- Carrying out market analysis.
- Managing the promotions calendar to ensure stock is available.
- Managing and updating customer portals ensuring orders and stock are correct.
- Ensuring the accuracy of data in reports provided.
- Supporting the NPI team to bring new products to the market.

**Required Skills of an Assistant Merchandiser**
- GCSEs in Maths and English - grades A*(9) to C(4) or equivalent.
- Competent with MS Office suite especially Excel and Outlook.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent with numbers.
- Analytical mind.
- Attention to detail.
- Well organised.
- Display an aptitude to learn.
