My client is looking for a MI Manager to manage the Business Reporting Team, you will design, build and deliver accurate management information reports, presentations and dashboards to the senior leadership teams as well as wider board committees.

You will also be accountable for developing and circulating externally-facing Client performance reporting, identifying and explaining trends, providing insights, conclusions and making recommendations to the business. This will include end-to-end design,development and embedding of regular & ad-hoc reporting which will consist of general business performance & efficiency measures, competitor analysis, as well as visualisation of business initiatives. What will you be doing day-to-day?
- Creation and preparation of accurate MI and high quality reports and presentations to support internal performance and operational projects
- Working in partnership with senior management teams to review consistency of data/findings across the Executive Committee functions when reporting on the tracking of relevant performance dashboards at business level.
- Working across the various MI development teams to deliver required outputs, streamlining and automating new and existing MI data sets and reporting where possible
- Fully understand a customer operational organisational model, key strategies for optimisation and their levers & measures that drive success - Working with the senior management team to interpret data and handle preparation of MI for internal and externalmanagement meetings.
- Creation of strategy papers that visualise the key objectives and deliverables across a scorecard (customer, cost, client and colleague)
- Present key fact based data driven insights, providing conclusions and recommendations to the Senior Leadership Teams and wider Executive Committee members for improving short, medium and longer term strategies.
- Assist in supporting the project management of operational and group projects
- Engage with stakeholders at both the Operational and wider business levels including Finance, marketing, People team and client teams to ensure alignment of operational reporting to senior leadership team
- Proactively build and maintain external and internal network for the purpose of commercial awareness Skills and Experience:

- Experience working in a similar role/function within a Financial Services Organisation / Customer operations environment
- Knowledge of customer operations and business functions and their key performance metrics
- Strong partner management skills to influence strategic decisions and provide & present recommendations to Senior Leadership team.
