Following an incredibly successful 13 year run we've moved onto a bigger venue, right in the heart of Chester City Centre to support our continued growth. We are recruiting for the role of an experienced cocktail bartender and have an amazing opportunity for the right person. We hire purely on personality and provide a first class training academy to get you up to speed. If you understand what exceptional customer service looks like and have a passion for making great drinks then we want to hear from you

**Duties**:

- Greet customers warmly and provide them with menus.
- Take drink orders and serve beverages in a timely manner.
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service.
- Engage with customers, answer questions, and provide recommendations.
- Process payments accurately using cash registers or POS systems.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain hygiene standard.

**Skills**:

- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills.
- Experience as a cocktail bartender is essential.

Wage will be dependent on experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £12.50-£13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
