Entedi (UK) Ltd is looking for a new Warehouse Operative to be part of our rapid growth. Based at our Mallusk offices and warehouse, you will play a key role in both goods in and goods out, ensuring product is received, stored, picked, packed and shipped. We source goods from across Europe and ship to our clients in the UK and Ireland. You will need a keen eye for detail, be well organised, self-motivated and have good IT skills. This role involves a lot of time using various IT Systems including MS Teams, Outlook, and various stock management systems and logistics portals (online). You will be a true team player who isn't afraid to offer or ask for help.

**Duties**:

- Perform picking and packing of orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle materials and products with care to prevent damage
- Operate forklift to move and organize inventory
- Utilize warehouse management system (WMS) and inventory management systems for inventory tracking and order processing
- Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment and techniques
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Stock shelves and rotate inventory as necessary
- Stock takes as and when required
- Use MS Teams to liaise with colleagues in other locations and departments
- Support supply chain and logistics functions dealing with suppliers and ensuring best deals for our business
- Record S/N, Batch, and Barcode info on all associated paperwork
- Intermediate IT skills required including experience with MS office / Teams

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role required
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and safety protocols
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS)
- CB FLT and Reach Truck licence required

**Skills**:

**Holidays**: 30 days including bank holidays in year 1 raising to 33 days including bank holidays from year 2 onwards.

**Hours**: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00 (30 mins unpaid lunch break each day) 37.5hours per week.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.55-£12.55 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
