A diverse opportunity has arisen for a motivated Building Surveyor to join a professional Building Consultancy based in Bristol.
**The Building Surveyor role**
The successful Building Surveyor will be joining a well-established consultancy with 10 offices across the country with the opportunity to work abroad in the future.
You will be working on all aspects of Building Surveying including carrying out a range of professional services and delivery projects across sectors including retail, office, industrial, media & technology, education, health and elements of public sector.
The Building Surveyor will be working with a successful team on professional services including contract administration, acquisitions, dilapidations, technical due diligence, feasibility studies, development monitoring and design.
Alongside this, project work includes but isn't limited to; refurbishments, new builds, repairs, maintenance works, fit-outs and expansions for a range of buildings and properties.
Due to the type of work this consultancy support and the clients they work with, it is ideal the successful Building Surveyor is Chartered with MRICS.
**The Building Surveyor**
- A RICS Accredited Building Surveying Degree
- Ideally MRICS
- Professional services experience
- Project delivery experience
- Consultancy background
