Montessori Explorers are expanding and are currently looking to recruit Level 3 qualified practitioners to join the team. We are a nurturing and caring childcare setting based in Sutton Coldfield. We are adopting a Montessori approach throughout the nursery to promote child-led development and learning. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped to enable staff to provide exciting and fun activities to meet the needs of each individual child.

Key responsibilities:

- Deliver learning opportunities and exceptional care that helps young children to learn and develop.
- Plan and provide effective care, teaching, and learning that enables children to progress and prepares them for school.
- Good knowledge and understanding of EYFS.
- Safeguard and promote the health, safety, and welfare of children.
- Work in partnership with colleagues, parents, and/or carers or other professionals to meet the individual needs of the children.
- Make accurate and effective use of assessment reflecting the needs, interests, and stages of development of the individual children.

You need:
Relevant level 3 or above qualification in early years.

Montessori Qualification desirable, or willing to work towards.

Minimum of 1-year experience at level 3 in a nursery setting

Willingness to work towards senior role

English, Maths, and Science GCSE.
