Our client requires a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor who will be a huge part in the success of their goal by ensuring the provision of highly effective, efficient and customer focused mechanical engineering maintenance service to a rate of the Group'sbuildings.

You will be responsible for delivering technical expert advice and high quality solutions whilst ensuring legal and safety compliance in all maintenance activities.

Based in the heart of Coventry, our client is a forward-looking, modern establishment looking to invest £500 million in developing and evolving their building facilities. Currently, our client possess a number of buildings which are integrated within thecity and plan to build up their profile as well adding to the architectural culture Coventry City has to offer.

**Description**
- Use problem solving skills to resolve issues such as infrastructure and technical problems on commercial HVAC systems.
- Appointing and managing specialists to ensure that work is carried out in accordance with Group's Health & Safety policies and standards.
- Identify and lead on the development of commercial maintenance schedules, improvement projects and delivering value for money.
- Liaising and communicating with customers and key contacts to plan works to minimise disruption to operational activity and collaborate with the team to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Manage the delivery of training technicians and apprentices whilst supporting senior leadership with future recruitment and selection processes.
- Ensuring all work meets the Estates standards, meet legal compliance, complete and file all relevant documentations to the system.

**Profile**

**Qualifications**
- GCSE English and Maths or equivalent
- City and Guides Level 3 in Heating and Ventilation or equivalent
- Relevant Accredited Certification Scheme (ACS) qualifications or equivalent
- Qualification in a specified technical area
- Domestic & Commercial 'Gas Safe' certificate

**Skills**
- Ability to problem solve and plan solutions
- Read and understand mechanical drawings
- Work well within a team
- Demonstrate leadership skills
- Work confidently under pressure
