**Alexander Daniels are working with a market leading organisation to help them recruit a practice trained, chartered accountant to join a growing team as their new Finance Manager**

Salary will be dependant on experience, £50k to £55k + excellent market leading benefits + hybrid working
**The Finance Manager will report into the head of finance and will be developing and leading a small finance team, providing guidance, coaching and support.**
- You will be ACA, ACCA qualified and looking for your first or second move in industry
- As the Finance Manager you will possess excellent communication skills, be a lateral thinker with flare and passion
- You will be a problem solver, confident and resilient
- You will have the tenacity, urgency and pace with the ability to move the business and colleagues through change, including project planning
- The Finance Manager will be results driven with excellent planning and organisational skills

**Some of the key duties for the Finance Manager will be**:

- Business Partner for various teams and departments when required
- Finance Manager will be responsible for the management, control, reporting and forecast & budgeting of capital spend
- Maintenance and control of the Asset Register.
- Looking at models regarding new investments
- Finance Manager will be responsible for property accounting, forecasting & budgets within the business.
- Responsible for all lease accounting
- IFRS16 accounting, budgets & forecasts
- Lease repayment cash forecasting
- The Finance Manager will challenge management and suggest solutions to problems.
- The Finance Manager will work with the business management team to achieve company strategy & targets.
- The Finance Manager will be the point of contact for external auditors regarding property related queries.
