Clinical Sister

The Stroke unit at Sunthorpe General Hospital are looking for a Clinical Sister, the stroke unit has 6 Hyper acute Stroke beds along with a ward area for ongoing care and assessment for patients who present with stroke symptoms.
The Nursing team work as part of a very close with the multidisciplinary team, that have an excellent working team.
We are looking for a Clinical Sister to further support the ward and deputy Ward manager to support the development of the nursing team by exhibiting excellent standards, delivering high quality evidence based care, leading and developing high quality evidence based care and able to use a range of skills to support the Nursing team identifying and actioning areas of training and development required within the ward
You will need to demonstrate excellent standards, be willing to support all areas of the unit, and have the leadership skills to support the Ward and deputy ward manager
