Our client, an award-winning business located in the heart of Chester is looking for a Resource Planning Analyst to join their fast growing head office. The Resource Planning Analyst will set out clear and precise objectives for growth within the marketingand operations department. You will be lending your skills to the creation and delivery of forecasts and schedules for multi-skilled areas of the team, meeting the demands of the business whilst balancing the needs of agents within one of the most sociable,successful teams Working closely and reporting into our Senior Operations Analyst, this is an exciting position for those with a passion to take ownership over the design, production, and delivery of robust, appropriate, and accurate resource plans and makethis position their own The company’s success has been recognised both within and beyond their industry, having won a number of awards and being in the top 100 companies to work for. In return the Resource Planning Analyst will be rewarded with 33 days’ holiday (including BankHolidays), annual bonus scheme, staff pension, private medical, Death in Service payment, long service awards, staff discount, fully equipped onsite gym and wellness centre. Salary £20,000-£25,000 **Responsibilities**: - Forecast multi skilled areas to ensure business objectives are met - Produce schedules that meet the demands of the business whilst balancing the needs of agents - Plan and schedule off phone activity whilst maintaining forecasted SLAs - Review holiday requests, ensure holiday allocations meet business and agent requirements - Plan for changes in work patterns, investigate potential scenarios, and finding solutions to challenges that arise - Prepare reports to determine call volume, calling patterns, service trends, and staff productivity - Produce forecasting and scheduling summaries for the senior management team To hit the ground running, all we ask is you have the following: - Previous experience in a similar role in a contact centre environment - Previous exposure and understanding of a Work Force Management tool - Professional and flexible approach with a "can do" attitude - Highly self-motivated and performance orientated with the ability to prioritise - Excellent attention to detail - Highly organised, self-motivated individual who can produce high quality work under pressure Keywords: Resource, resources, Analyst, planning, forecasts Unfortunately due to time restrictions we cannot respond to every applicant, in the event that we haven’t contacted you within 48 hours please take it you have not been successful for this particular role, but your details will be kept on file and consideredfor all future vacancies.
