**About the Role**

As a Quality Standards Controller you will be responsible for updating procedures and policies within the management system.

You will be reporting in to the Quality & Business Support Manager and work with all departments to support any changes made to processes or procedures.

You will also be responsible for updating the company issues log, and liaise with the leadership team, on any progress against action points agreed.

You will be responsible for producing reports using the information provided by the management system, on company performance against key objectives and targets.

You will also play a key in role in conducting internal audits (desk-based or on client’s sites) in accordance with the relevant ISO management system standard, and training will be provided by Eville & Jones.

**What you will be doing**:

- Amending existing documentation within the management system
- Ensuring that all documents and records are up to date
- Writing new procedures, together with the process owner
- Communicating changes to the management system to all relevant parties
- Help identify opportunities for improvement (efficiency and efficacy).
- AD-HOC project-based work
- Support the Quality & Business Support Manager with maintenance of certifications and standards
- Regularly review and update the company issues log
- Carry out internal audits (once trained)

**What is required**:

- Ideally you will have held positions in a Quality, Health & Safety or Environmental management system team
- Demonstrate some knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 management system standards.
- Be self-driven and motivated
- Have great attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with MS office packages
