An exciting opportunity has arisen for a suitably experienced senior HR professional to join my client, an Educational institution based in Twickenham.

Within this role you will report directly to the Director of Finance, also liaising closely with the Head and wider SLT, to ensure the implementation of an HR Strategy that develops and supports the overall strategic plan, undertake workforce planning research, support and advise on all ER issues and keep all relevant parties informed on any employment law and related policy amendments. Leading a small tram, you’ll provide professional, efficient, confidential and proactive guidance and support to the wider team, in areas including disciplinary matters, grievance, absence management, restructuring and change management.
