Great news - we are expanding A very exciting opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Assistant to join our growing Finance team. You will be supporting the Management Accountant by controlling the purchase and sales ledgers for the Tech Benefit arm of our Group called Let’s Connect and also supporting other functions as required.
You will be:
- Processing of supplier invoices, matching PO’s and weekly payment runs to supplier statements and month end reconciliations.
- Posting of credit card transactions.
- Raising of consolidated invoices for client programmes, this is done in conjunction with the client services team based in Bromsgrove.
- First line chasing of debtors.
- Reporting on debtors and creditors.
- Balance sheet reconciliations.
- Entering financial information into Microsoft Navision.
- Accountable for improving processes and procedures.
- Ad hoc support to the wider team when required.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, FCA principles, “Treating Customers Fairly” (TCF) & other relevant legislative requirements.
**What are we looking for?**
- At least 12 months’ experience in accounts receivable or accounts payable role.
- Experience of Microsoft Navision or Dynamics is highly desirable.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to adapt processes.
