The Seasons is a family owned business established in 1971 in Forest Row. We also opened our second shop in Lewes in 2019 and most recently The Seasons Kitchen Cafe in 2021. We pride ourselves on great friendly customer service, fantastic local organic produce and warm and welcoming place of work.
**About the Role**
As a shop assistant for The Seasons you will play a key face to face role with our customers and provide excellent service. You will need to have great engagement with our customers with a warm and welcoming working attitude, ensuring they have an enjoyable shopping experience.
**Must have**:
An interest in organic & ethical produce
Work well under pressure
Work well as a team
**Duties and Responsibilities**
Processing customer payments at the checkout/till points
Serving customers
Dealing with customer questions and queries
Restocking the shelves
Keeping the shelves and shop clean and tidy
well organised
Liaise with stockroom team for products that need replenishing
**Communication Skills**
To deliver the best possible service and availability through excellent customer service interaction and processes, demonstration flexibility to meet the customer and the business.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: £6.75-£9.60 per hour
