**The People of: Digital** is looking to recruit a Senior Paid Media Executive to join a leading international multi-channel retailer. Alongside the Paid Media team, you will work across all major and emerging paid media platforms, such as Google,Microsoft, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, etc.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Paid Media Executive with a keen interest in learning and growing to join a global powerhouse

As a Senior Paid Media Executive, you will:

- Work across all Paid Media elements, including campaign planning and best-in-class activation
- Conduct quality performance reports, offering context and insight
- Manage the monitoring of daily delivery and performance and ensure regular optimisation of all campaign elements (segments, creative, landing pages, etc.) based on agreed campaign KPIs
- Complete daily budget checks to ensure spend aligns with agreed strategy and suggest changes when needed
- Confirm hygiene checks are delivered in accordance with team processes and that campaigns are carried out without error
- Collect data, examine and produce performance analysis reports that guarantee the desired results and identify future opportunities
- Attend training sessions to help you develop your skill set and knowledge
- Develop strong relationships with key social partners to help performance growth

As a Senior Paid Media Executive, you will have:

- A strong interest in digital marketing & technology
- The ability to recognise issues and pro-actively deliver solutions
- A high degree of numeracy and literacy
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Office365, Google Docs.
- Great communication and presentation skills
- Great analytical & problem-solving skills
- Strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
