**Duties**:
- Assisting Service Co-Ordinator
- Purchase ledger duties
- Preparation of reports
- Recording bank and petty cash receipts
- General office duties.
**Requirements**:
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Confident IT user
- Attention to detail
- Proven experience within a similar role
- Knowledge of Sage, Excel and Cash for Windows preferred.
Conditions:
- Hours Monday - Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm
- Office in Scarborough area
- Office based training
- Permanent position.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
