Henderson Wholesale is a leading Wholesaler in Northern Ireland and supplies goods to over 450 stores across various brands such as SPAR, EUROSPAR and VIVO. We source from local farmers, growers and producers and are proud to contribute to our local economy and environment.

**The Purpose of the role**:
We’re looking for someone who has gained exceptional skills in a driving and or logistics role who now wants to help others to develop themselves.
- You’ll be provided with appropriate industry standard training to enable you to progress from trainee to logistics trainer.

**Working as a Trainee Logistics Trainer you will**:

- Deliver high-quality training in aligned with industry and company standards.
- Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback to support skill development
- Prepare and maintain accurate training materials, records, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, legal, and data protection requirements (GDPR).
- Promote continuous improvement by staying current with industry best practices
- Represent the company professionally, supporting strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Contribute to business growth through service excellence and learner outcomes.
- Support wider business needs and undertake other duties as required.

**Skills for Success**
- Joining us as **Trainee Logistics Trainer** the minimum criteria you’ll need is:

- GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English
- Minimum of 3 years relevant operational experience in transport, logistics or warehousing.
- LGV C+E licence holder for 3 years with an excellent driving history
- Full, clean UK/EU car driving license

**The Attributes you’ll need include**:

- Team player with a flexible approach to work

**It is Desirable if you have**:

- Experience operating a Forklift Truck and other Mechanical Handling Equipment
- Recognised training qualification
- Recognised safety qualification
- Accredited trainer status RTITB, ITSSAR, JAUPT
- Previous experience of delivering driver or operations training (practical/classroom)
- Knowledge of current transport regulations and best practice
