**JOB OVERVIEW**
At this time USP College are looking to appoint a self-motivated individual for the post of Curriculum Administrator. This post is to provide an effective and efficient level of administrative support, demonstrated and delivered by working collaboratively and flexibly within the central Administration function.

You will need the ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team where you can demonstrate an effective contribution. You must also have the ability to handle difficult situations with sensitivity and discretion.
Additionally, you will have good communication skills and be able to prioritise your work independently, using your own initiative as appropriate. You will work autonomously and be accountable for your work.

**THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL**:
- Act as first point of contact and respond professionally to queries from parents, students and cross College colleagues and external agencies as appropriate
- Management of Curriculum meetings including organisation, distribution of papers, minutes of meetings and monitoring of action points arising from the meetings
- Assist in following up student absences, taking action where necessary to ensure continuous and effective implementation of the attendance policy including administration/processing of registers
- Co-ordinate learning resources including stock taking, replenishing and ordering stationery, recording/filing of resources ensuring timely processing of invoices in liaison with Finance and following up of any outstanding deliveries
- Administrative support with the organisation of Student CPD days, resourcing transport, processing orders and collation of data.
- Be responsible for the implementation of and compliance with the College’s Health and Safety policy.
- Champion and embody best practice College developmental activities including Performance Appraisals.
- To support with the organisation of Student CPD days, such as orders and collation of data.
- Organise and minute taking of student intervention meetings, supporting Heads of Learning and Director of Curriculum and Campus Operations
