We are seeking a driven and reliable full-time Recruiter to work at our **sister company** a fast-paced, Recruitment Agency in East London. We are looking for individuals with a sales and administrative background ideally in recruitment.

**WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN IMMEDIATE START**

**Commission will be paid in addition to salary. Earning up to 50K**
**+uncapped**

Duties Include:

- 'Cold call' - make contacts and connections to generate new business
- using sales, business development, marketing techniques, and networking to attract business from client companies
- interview and test job seekers, to create a pool of people ready to fill vacancies
- meet targets for the number of vacancies taken or the number of people placed into jobs
- keep records of clients, employers, and vacancies
- negotiate agency's fees and business development
- Computer literate
- Sale and customer service skills
- Organisational skills and professional
- Sales recruitment experience
- 6 or more experience in recruiting within either IT / Hospitality or the Social Care sector
- Confident with sound judgment
- Excellent verbal and written communication
