We are looking for Support Workers/Health Care Assistants to support service users, in line with their care plans, providing care for young adults or older people with dementia, learning difficulties, complex care or mental health needs.

**The role will involve**:

- Supporting with medication
- Providing personal care as required, support with shopping, including cleaning and laundry.
- Record keeping, including support plans, incident logs and health and safety records
- Provide high-quality service
- Provide emotional support in a sensitive and empathetic manner
- Able to work flexible shifts patterns which may include days, nights and weekends

**Key Requirements**:

- Be a good communicator (verbally and in writing)
- Right to work in the UK
- Have a minimum 1 year recent working experience in the UK
- CAMHS experience
- MAPA/PMVA trained
- Epilepsy trained

**Desirable but not essential**:

- A full driving licence, have access to transport and insurance for business use
