**Calling all Roofers in Worcestershire**

Platform Property Care are looking for an experienced and multi skilled trades Roofer to join our successful Programme team based in Worcestershire.

**What could you be doing?**

You'll be part of a team delivering full refurbishments across our properties. You will be able to install and replace roofs, and be competent to deliver:

- Tile and slate
- Ridge and hip tiles
- Flat roofing
- Chimneys
- Flashing
- Pointing
- Rainwater gutters and down pipes

**Working for Platform Property Care you will benefit from**

**We want somebody who can**:
A team player, you’ll be hard working and keen to learn with a can-do attitude. You’ll be working in people’s homes, so you’ll need to be friendly and approachable with good communication skills. You’ll also need to be organised and recognise the importance of delivering good customer service.

**Some things we need from you**:

- You'll have significant roofing experience
- Be self -motivated
- Willing to learn new skills
- You must be able to work alone, and as part of a team
- Experience of working for a social Landlord, Housing Association or Council.
- Strong customer service skills
- A full driving licence
- As you will be working within Customer’s homes this role requires a DBS check.
