Wells Farm Supplies Ltd are a catering butchers who supply top end products to a large number of high end hotels and prestigious companies in London

We are looking to recruit a Accounts Assistant and Sales Support to join our busy team

As a minimum we require:
5 years office experience with strong Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)

2 years minimum experience as a book keeper working with Sage 50 Accounts

Experience in the food industry and on Procure Wizard would be an advantage

Role Includes:

- Answering the phone and dealing with enquires
- Day to day office administration
- Dealing with customer queries
- Reconciling creditor/debtor and stock balances
- Ensuring all PO’s and invoices, VAT are input to Sage and this is kept up to date
- Processing Supplier Invoices
- Dealing with client/ supplier queries
- Running reports for clients
- Running monthly debtor statements
- Setting up New Clients
- Running data reports on Sage to help the sales director

We are looking for a team player who is willing to help out collegues and get involved in other areas if required.

The role is a full time and will be based in our offices in Eridge.

Pay: From £25,000.00 per year
