VIQU are recruiting for an Infrastructure Team Lead to spearhead an existing technical team of Infrastructure Engineers within one of the UK’s largest retail brands.

As the Infrastructure Team Lead you must be experienced in leading, coaching, and mentoring a team of bright engineers who work with on premise server and infrastructure technologies. The team have a focus on SCCM and security remediation, any experiencein this area would be a huge advantage.

The Infrastructure Team Lead will operate on a hybrid basis, required to the in the office 2 day in Leicester.

Daily responsibilities as the Infrastructure Team Leader:

- Good leadership skills and a proven track record working as a Team Leader
- Ability to effectively plan and prioritise workloads, and to measure and report on current progress
- Provide management regular reports on team workloads and ensure resource levels are adequate to meet business needs.
- Experience working with strict change, request, problem and incident management
- Confident to work in a challenging and demanding environment with changing priorities
- Familiar with common server or network technologies
- Windows Server 2012 and above
- VMWare, Citrix, SQL, SAN and IT security standards
