**Digital Marketing Executive / 35k / Manchester / Hybrid**

The main purpose of this role is to raise brand awareness and improve lead generation for a business who want their staff to thrive and invest heavily on training and development

**As the Digital Marketing Executive, you will**
- Creation of the digital marketing strategy
- Create engaging copy for blogs, e-guides, whitepapers, case studies and presentations
- Collaborate with internal teams and manage external agencies for PR, marketing, PPC and SEO
- Run and host events, webinars, podcasts, and on-line forums
- Budget management and ensuring ROI
- Manage all social media campaigns, create content in the form of videos, infographics, banners, and written content and reach out to influencers who are in line with the brand
- Create SEO optimised content and plan all PPC campaigns alongside the support of an agency
- Measure and report on the performance of digital campaigns and report to senior management
- Generate all internal and external online surveys, report on the results and collaborate with other departments to implement actions
- Take ownership of the website and embrace the latest best practice techniques to ensure brand visibility
- Evaluate market, customer, and competitor insight to shape strategic thinking
- Oversee the development of the company CRM (Salesforce) to improve customer and prospect engagement

**You will have**
- Experience executing digital marketing campaigns
- Highly organised with a positive ‘can do’ attitude
- Familiarity with marketing automation practices and salesforce
- Exceptional copywriting skills
- Good understanding of CMS, SEO and PPC best practice
- Influencer management experience
- Adobe software experience, including Indesign and Photoshop Illustrator
