**Responsibilities**
- Develop new formulations (specifically tablet and capsule focused)
- Improve existing formulations and be able to overcome any project issues.
- Design and implement the development work and the pre-formulation studies as well as the process and product performance.
- Lead but also support the scale-up activities and transfer to manufacturing
- Use your formulation knowledge to improve technical knowledge on formulation throughout the business.
- Work on not one but multiple dosage forms
- Training junior members of the team.

**The Person**
- Previous experience of formulation development of either nutraceutical or pharmaceutical based products (Tablets or capsules are preference)
- Science based education
- Previous in-depth knowledge to characterize physical attributes of APIs and formulated dosage forms.
- Ability to manage multiple dosage forms.
- The want to be able to train other members of the team
