Key Responsibilities:

- **Parcel Delivery**: Safely and efficiently deliver parcels to residential and business addresses, following your designated route.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service, representing ARM Logistics.
- **Route Planning**: Organize your daily route to maximize efficiency, ensuring timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
- **Vehicle Maintenance**: Keep your delivery vehicle in good condition, performing regular safety checks and maintaining cleanliness.
- **Documentation**: Complete necessary paperwork, including proof of delivery and any other required reports.
- **Compliance**: Follow all road traffic regulations, ARM Logistics safety procedures.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the depot and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.

Attractive Compensation Package:

- **Base Salary**: £100 per day, paid **Weekly, 1st pay after 5 weeks**:

- **Performance-Based Incentive**: Earn an additional **£10 per Load** each day - the more Loads you complete, the more you earn
- **Potential Earnings**: Your monthly earnings can significantly increase depending on your daily performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

- **Full UK Driving Licence** (preferably with no more than 6 penalty points).
- **Previous delivery or driving experience** is an advantage but not essential.
- Strong **customer service skills** and a professional, friendly approach.
- Ability to work independently, efficiently managing your time and meeting delivery deadlines.
- Physical capability to handle parcels during loading, unloading, and deliveries.
- Good knowledge of local roads and routes is beneficial.
