Software Tester

Are you a software tester or individual interested in software development looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a software tester to join our expert development team.

In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products by conducting thorough testing procedures and collaborating closely with the development team. We are looking for someone who is motivated, has attention to detail and has a strong desire to excel in a dynamic and challenging environment.

**About The Role**:

- You will be working in a multi-discipline team to deliver highly functional solutions for clients ranging from local government organisations to SMEs
- You will be entrusted with production of testing plans and the quality of the product
- We encourage a collaborative approach within our development team and product rotation to encourage your role and skills to grow
- You will have the opportunity to work across both projects for clients and new product development
- Write bug reports and provide objective feedback to software development project teams
- Review documentation
- Work towards departmental and project deadlines
- Provide quality assurance
- Troubleshoot and problem solve

**About You**:

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex software systems and identify potential issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and clients
- Knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and processes
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- SQL experience is preferred
