As the Operations Supervisor, you will ensure that Customers expectations for order fulfilment and quality are understood and achieved and that the team is working efficiently and complying to Company and legislative policies and procedures. This is a shift rota role working Days/Weekends and Bank Holidays.

Duties will include:

- Leading the production teams to achieve customer expectations for Order Fulfilment, qualify and responsiveness
- Ensure that the product produced meets quality standards
- Achieve team productivity targets
- Assume leadership in the absence of Operations Manager
- Liaise with customers
- Manage day to day training and record keeping
- Manage HR Issues at production level, escalating to HR as appropriate
- Manage day-to-day H&S in relation to production operation and safety
- Liaise with engineers/maintenance when necessary

You will be experienced in leading production, process or warehouse teams. You will need to be customer focused with the ability to organise and prioritise workloads. Be able to problem solve whilst being a logical thinker. Good verbal and written English communication skills and competent in the use of MS Excel, Word and Outlook.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £15.92 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
