Belvoir Hexham & Tynedale are a family owned Lettings & Property Management office trading under licence and forming part of the award winning Belvoir Property Management (UK) Franchise. Established in Hexham in 2003 we have enjoyed almost 20 years of success within the local property management market and because a member of staff is relocating we are looking for a replacement. While it would be of benefit to us if we could recruit a staff member who has experience it is more important to us to find someone with enthusiasm, helpful attitude, and willingness to "get stuck in" with whatever the day throws at us. Good keyboard skills and ability to effectively communicate in writing together with a pleasant friendly telephone manner are essential, a working knowledge of business on Social Media would be an asset. People think that we spend all day letting properties and we don't the majority of the work is property management in its many guises. Inspections, maintenance, inventories, viewings, collection of rent, ensuring properties comply with the many regulations are all part of our daily work. We also will purchase property on behalf of an investor and arrange to refurbish the property prior to letting and managing.
