We are currently recruiting for a Line Leader in the Packing department for our well established client based in Heckington, just on the outskirts of Sleaford.

This is a permanent position with plenty of progression opportunities.

**Shift pattern**:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm
- 40 hours per week

**The role**:

- Provide training and documentation to ensure all production ops meet the minimum competency levels for Humdinger and COP
- Ensure line is ran to its optimal capacity, minimizing changeovers and improving yields
- Ensure that all aspects of shift/ line quality is adhered to
- Work as part of the team fulfilling duties such as packing and stacking
- Be the Operational Line Lead on Customer visits/ audits
- Carry out an reasonable duties requested by the Area Leader or Shift Manager
- Monitor and improve line efficiency and performance when needed
- Previous experience working within FMCG/ Food manufacturing
- Proven experience of being able to lead a small team
- Proactive to deliver desired outcomes and reactive to ensure all issues are resolved efficiently
- Confident completing admin tasks to ensure audit trails are met and quality checks are consistently carried out
