On a day-to-day basis, you will:

- Be the 1st point of contact for incidents and service requests, ensuring all tickets are logged correctly.
- Resolve 1st & 2nd line queries or faults, providing support for traditional telephone lines (WLR), hosted telephony, broadband connections, leased lines & SIP.
- Work closely with our partners, their customers and IT team to troubleshoot and resolve queries and faults
- Work to progress within the role to facilitate provisioning of customer’s services

**Person specification**:

- Support desk experience in a similar position
- Experience of working within telecoms (desirable)
- Ability to resolve complex issues in an efficient and timely manner
- A love of technology
- Self-starter with excellent troubleshooting skills

**Training to be provided**:

- Customer Service Level 2/3
- Maths and English function skills (If required)

**Schedule**:

- 8.30am-5.30pm with 1 hour lunch
- Monday to Friday
