T&K Associates are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative Operative to join our Client on a Temporary to Permanent basis located in Shepshed.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small team within a Company who are market Leaders within their industry.

**Warehouse Operative Job Details and benefits;**
- £10.00 per hour to start with excellent progression opportunities
- Temporary to Permanent
- Monday to Friday 8.15am-4.45pm
- Overtime regularly available
- Company pension scheme
- 20 days holiday + bank holidays

- External training qualifications offered by the Company

**Role & Responsibilities of Warehouse Operative include;**
- Picking, packing & dispatching orders
- Bagging up products
- Assisting in the unloading of containers and other deliveries
- Stock checking
- Warehouse upkeep / cleaning
- Using the FLT to move around and load products
- All other reasonable tasks as required

**Person Specification of Warehouse Operative include;**
- Experience of working within a Warehouse environment is desirable but not essential as full training is given
- Physically fit due to the heavy lifting involved
- A FLT Licence of Counterbalance or Reach is preferable but not essential as the Company are willing to offer training for the right person
- Excellent team player
